Sture Gustavsson, Executive Director, Acting CEO of Black Earth Farming of Black Earth Farming Ltd
Mr. Gustavsson is a Swedish citizen, born in Tidaholm in 1959. Mr. Gustavsson is managing director of MSLA since 1996. MSLA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Investment AB Kinnevik, and owns and runs farms in Poland. Mr. Gustavsson obtained a degree from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in 1989.
Gustav Wetterling, Head of Investor Relations of Black Earth Farming Ltd
Mr. Wetterling is a Swedish citizen, born in 1981. Mr. Wetterling has worked for Black Earth Farming since July 2007 after having worked for the Russia-focused investment company Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd since 2006. He has previously also worked for Svenska Handelsbanken in Moscow and has additional experience from the finance and consulting sector in Sweden. Mr. Wetterling holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics.

Igor Smolkin, Chief Executive Officer of AGRO-Invest
Until recently Mr. Smolkin held the position of Head of Investment Banking as well as Deputy Chairman of the Board at MDM Bank - one of the four largest private banking groups in Russia.
Previously, from 2002-2005, Mr. Smolkin was the CEO of Basic Element - a leading Russian diversified investment company which manages holdings worth over 45 USD bln, including owning significant stakes in and operating companies like UC RUSAL, GAZ Group, Transstroy and Ingosstrakh. He was also Chairman of the Board of Agency "Rospechat" and "RusPromAuto" as well as Member of the Board of "TVC" and "Continental Management" Timber Industrial Company.
From 2000-2002, Mr. Smolkin served as Head of M&A Group at Severstal - among the largest Russian steelmakers and Deputy General Manager of "Severstal-Invest" - a member of the Severstal Group and one of the largest Russian network metal trading companies. Mr. Smolkin was also a member of the board of "KuzbassUgol" - previously the third largest Russian coal company now belonging to the Severstal group.
Other previous positions include: Director of Corporate Finance & Banking at RaboInvest /Rabobank International, Director - Asset Management Department of AIG Russia Asset Management Moscow and Head of Investment banking and Member of the Board of Alfa Capital.
Mr. Smolkin holds a Master in Computer Science and Higher National Diploma in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and an MBA from the Said Business School University of Oxford.
Michael Shneyderman, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Shneyderman is a Russian and American citizen. He joined the AGRO-Invest group on 1 June 2008. He previously held the position of CFO at Inchcape plc, a leading UK-based international automotive retailer with significant scale operations in Russia. He was instrumental in establishing a viable finance infrastructure within several major automotive acquisitions in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Previously, from 2004 to 2007, Mr. Shneyderman was CFO of Verysell, a leading international IT services and systems integration company with operations in Moscow, Russia and Geneva, Switzerland with revenue in excess of $450 million. He was responsible for the Group’s strategic financial management, corporate financing activities, financial/ERP systems development and other finance-related projects. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Shneyderman served as CFO of Entropia, Inc., a San Diego-based start-up company. Mr. Shneyderman was responsible for the company’s strategic financial management and building and growing the financial and administrative infrastructure. He has also been Director of Sector Capital Fund, a Moscow-based investment firm, co-manager of the Moscow office of Siguler, Guff & Company, a New York-based international private equity firm as well as working in the financial departments of American Express in Russia and Wells Fargo in the US. Mr. Shneyderman holds a B.S. in Finance and Banking from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Simon Cherniavsky, Production Director
Mr. Cherniavsky is a British and American citizen with twelve years experience of operations management in Russia, including serving as general manager of APG, a packaging factory in Saint Petersburg, and of Eliseevsky Gastronome, a major food retailer in Moscow. Previous to that, Mr. Cherniavsky established Pepsi-Cola’s sales and distribution network inRussia. Mr. Cherniavsky holds an MBA from INSEAD and spent two years in business development and M&A at a multinational tobacco manufacturer in London and a year as project manager for UK bank based in Dublin.
Rimma Khaliullina, Legal Director
Ms. Khaliullina is a Russian citizen, born in Leninogorsk in 1975, and has an extensive experience in the field of corporate law and real estate law. Ms. Khaliullina joined AGRO-Invest group in July 2007. She has been involved in various projects and assignments, including M&A related work. Ms. Khaliullina holds a Masters Degree in Law from the Kazan State University together with two higher financial educations. . Ms. Khaliullina has formerly worked as the leading lawyer at the oil and gas companies LC LUCOIL - Western Siberia and PC Tatneft and also held the position of Head of legal department for the Kemi Group between 2003 and 2007.
Boris Rozenwald, Director of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Rozenwald is an Israeli and Russian citizen. Mr. Rozenwald has an extensive experience in the field of marketing and sales management from Russia and abroad. He was involved in various projects and assignments including market research and analysis, development of penetration strategies and tactics, establishing of distribution channels and post-sale marketing activities. For several years, Mr. Rozenwald was an official representative of the Israel Association of Entrepreneurs in Russia and CIS. Mr. Rozenwald holds a MSc. in Control Systems from Moscow Telecommunications University with honour and a post-graduate study in Economics from Moscow State Lomonosov University.
Robert Coleman, Regional Production Director, Voronezh division
Mr. Coleman is a Zimbabwean and South African citizen and has an extensive experience in the field of agriculture and horticulture. Mr. Coleman has been involved in various projects and assignments in Southern Africa and in Romania and is a partner of World Wide Ag services. Mr. Coleman holds a higher level diploma in agronomy and farm management from Gwebi Agricultural College in Zimbabwe and has formerly also held the position of Country manager in Romania for EOP Farms in Romania for five years.
