Richard Warburton , CEO
Mr. Warburton is a British citizen. Mr. Warburton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Newcastle as well as an MBA from Open University. Mr. Warburton has worked in various positions within Bidwells Agribusiness, a leading international provider of consultancy and management services to the farming, food, bio-energy and agri-investment sectors, from 1999 until 2010. Mr. Warburton is also Managing Director of Kinnevik Agri AB (a subsidiary of Investment AB Kinnevik managing its agriculture investments) but devotes the majority of his time to Black Earth Farming.

Sture Gustavsson, Chief Agronomist
Mr. Gustavsson is a Swedish citizen, born in Tidaholm in 1959. Mr. Gustavsson is managing director of MSLA since 1996. MSLA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Investment AB Kinnevik, and owns and runs farms in Poland. Mr. Gustavsson obtained a degree from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in 1989.

Fraser Scott, COO
Mr. Scott has more than 20 years experience of large scale corporate farm management, most recently as head of 20 thousand hectares of arable farming and food operations at the Co-operative farms in the UK. Mr. Scott holds a BSc in Agriculture from Newcastle University and has been involved in several large scale agribusinesses as farm and operations manager at Booker, Broad Oak and the Co-operative farms.

Gustav Wetterling, Director of Procurement
Mr. Wetterling is a Swedish citizen. Mr. Wetterling has worked for Black Earth Farming since July 2007 after having worked for the Russia-focused investment company Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd since 2006. He has previously also worked for Svenska Handelsbanken in Moscow and has additional experience from the finance and consulting sector in Sweden. Mr. Wetterling holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics.

Erik Lystedt, Director of Investor Relations
Mr. Lystedt is a Swedish citizen, he joined the group in August 2010. Mr. Lystedt has in depth experience from the investor community having worked at Vostok Nafta Investment LTD, and in different investment research positions at Swedish banks Nordea and Swedbank. He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
